More detail on this person: Jesse Franklin Archer, Jr., 69, of Fayetteville, died Monday, April 19, 2010 at Circle of Life Hospice.

He was born June 20, 1940 at Stockton, California, the son of Jesse Franklin Archer, Sr. and Helen Rickards Archer.

He was retired the United States Army, serving in the Vietnam War where he was a helicopter pilot. He was a member of the VFW, DAV and a lifetime member of the Helicopter Pilot Association.

He is survived by: His wife: Lois Archer Two daughters: Lora Archer of Tulsa, OK Leah Borgerding of Puyallup, WA Three grandchildren

There will be a gathering of friends 5:00 7:00 pm Wednesday, April 22 at Moores Chapel Private burial will be in the National Cemetery
