POWELL, Wyo. - Felix J Bessler, 80, passed away Dec. 13, 2011, at the Spirit Mountain Hospice House in Cody.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be conducted at the Powell VFW on Jan. 7, 2012, at 1 p.m.
