More detail on this person: I am Nancy Smith, daughter of K.D. (Ken) Brooks. I found your e-mail address in my father's address book on his computer. I am writing to inform you that my father passed away this morning, January 1, 2006 at approximately 5:45 a.m. He was hospitalized late Tuesday and his heart was too weak to recover. In whatever capacity you may have known him or my mother, thank you for your friendship to them. At this time services are planned for Wednesday, January 4 in Colorado Springs. 20th SOS, RVN, 1967, USAF.
