More detail on this person: Paul Ehret Cotton, Jr. Mr. Paul Ehret Cotton, Jr. of Plaza Dr. in Daleville, AL passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at the family residence. He was 85. A funeral mass will be at 10:00 am, Friday, May 3, 2013 at St. John Catholic Church in Ozark, AL with Father Frederick Boni officiating. Burial with full military honors will follow in Daleville Memorial Gardens with Sorrells Funeral Home and Crematory of Enterprise directing. The family will receive friends at Sorrells Funeral Home Thursday from 6 until 8 pm, with a rosary being said at 7:30 pm. Mr. Cotton was born November 6, 1927 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Lillian Oster and Paul Ehret Cotton, Sr. He was a devoted husband and father. He retired after 30 years of service in US Army, and was also a retired instructor pilot who could fly all of the army's aircraft. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Helen Blubaugh Cotton. Survivors include 2 daughters: RoseMarie Cotton, Enterprise, AL and Theresa Waits (Vernon), Daleville, AL;1 son, Michael Cotton, Daleville, AL;several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A special thank you to Beautiful Beginnings for the loving care given during his final days.
