More detail on this person: There is a error on the listing for CWO-4 Warren C. Carsten, USA (Ret.). It shows that he retired as a Major, when, in fact he retired as a Chief Warrant Officer -4. You may verify this by searching for Chief Warrant Officer Carsten's grave on "Find A Grave, Warren C. Carsten, Gordon, Texas, USA", where you will find photos of his grave stone as well as his Bronze VA plaque with his correct rank and other information.

I served with CWO Carsten in the 116th AHC from Sept. 1965 through Sept. 1966 at Fort Bragg and Phu Loi Airfield, north of Saigon, South Vietnam. I'm sure Chief Carsten would want the VHPA listing information to be correct.

From: Lt. Col. Benny L. Booth, USA (Ret.)
