More detail on this person: Robert F. "Bob" Captor Captor, Robert "Bob" F., Maj, USMC (Ret), passed away on Sunday, 5/21 in Williamsburg, Va. A Marine aviator who flew helicopters and F-4s during his twenty-six year career, he served four tours in Vietnam and executed the final evacuation of Saigon. His second career was as a Sr. Vice President for Banking Operations with Home Savings of America for seventeen years. He is survived by wife, Carole; two children, Capt. Richard Captor SC, USN (Ret), Sherri Schroeder, and three grand children, Robert, Geoffrey, and Samuel. He will be interred at Pacific View Memorial Park, Newport Beach, California with a memorial service to be held at a later date.
