More detail on this person: I have wondered for years about the specifics of Bobby Cassem's death but got very little from Sam, his brother a principal in a Middle school? in Virginia. Granted, Sam did not know me except to have sent a card expressing regrets prior to my first wedding in 1979, so his death happened between 1973 and 1979 as he had lived with me in the Seattle area for a year during the 1972-73 time frame. Sam said that he stopped along the freeway and went into the woods a ways and shot himself with a shotgun. Sam said that Bobby had been giving time to the local high school football team teaching receiving to the players there. I have no details and Sam wouldn't give me a street address or other contact information to either get more info or to send some of the 10 or so pictures of Bobby in Vietnam and camping in the Hoh Rain Forest. He was one of my closest friends and I miss him terribly.
