(UPI) - The Army has identified two victims of a Wednesday night plane crash here as the deputy commander of the headquarters command and a student pilot. They were Lt. Col. Edward E. Crow of Lawton, Okla. and Pvt. Charles R. Grimsinger of Torrance, Calif.
