More detail on this person: Mr. Julian B. Dubuc Mr. Julian B. Dubuc, age 66, died Monday at his residence under the care of Ogeechee Area Hospice. He was a longtime resident of Bulloch County and retired as a major, having served in the United States Army for 21 years. Mr. Dubuc was a member of St. Mathews Catholic Church and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was a past member of the Lion's Club, helped organize Georgia State Defense Force and was very active in giving to the people of Bulloch County. Surviving are his wife, Mary Fox-Dubuc; one daughter, Shannon Alece Dubuc; one grandson, Joseph Brian Dubuc; his mother-in-law, Daisy Seabolt, all of Statesboro; two sisters, Alice (Don) Polling of Lahara, Calif., and Penny (Oscar) Houd of Attleboro, Mass. A Rosary Service was held Wednesday at 8 p.m. in the chapel of Hodges-Moore Funeral Home. The funeral mass will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Mathew's Catholic Church with Father Tim McKeown officiating. Burial will be in Bulloch Memorial Gardens. Flowers left for Julian Dubuc Julian Dubuc was a patriot. He served his country in the Republic of Vietnam with honor and told me that he was in the Phoenix Program. Major Dubuc also served at the United Nations. Julian had many fantastic experiences in his short life. He was a great friend. May God rest his soul. - Vietnam Disabled Veteran
