More detail on this person: [OBITUARY] Edward G. Eget VINELAND - Edward G. Eget, 70, of Vineland died on Monday at Southern Regional Medical Center, Vineland. Born in Wilkes Barre, PA, Mr. Eget was a Trenton area resident from 1971 until moving to Vineland 20 years ago. He was the builder and proprietor of Old York Country Club and its Gary Player Signature Golf Course and was former proprietor of Aero Ventures and the former Sky View Country Club at Trenton/Robbinsville Airport. He was a graduate of Mercer County Community College and a graduate, magna cum laude, of Rider University. A Vietnam veteran, Ed was a helicopter pilot with the U.S. Army "Cowboys" Medical Rescue Unit. He received a Purple Heart, Bronze Star, and Airman's Medal. He was also a recipient of the Distinguished Military Service Award and a N.J. State Police Commendation. Son of the late Edward C. and Rose Eget, and brother of the late Gerald Eget, he is survived by his wife, Corinne Tamagni Eget; his daughter, Theresa Wirth of Toms River; his son, Edward M. and wife, Danielle, of Houston, TX; his daughter, Sharon Diab and husband, Rich, of Bradenton, FL; his daughter, Susan Billings; his son, Jeffrey and wife, Barbara, of Bordentown; his step-sons, John Henry Ruggieri of Orlando, FL, and Michael Ruggieri and wife, Kim, of Elmer; his brother, Ronald Eget and wife, Midge, of Hamilton; his brother, Charles Eget and wife, Stessie, of Wilkes Barre, PA; his sister, Irene Eget of Myrtle Beach, SC; his sister, Kathy Sitkowski and husband, Dan, of Wilkes Barre, PA; his sister, Dr. Donna Eget of Wilkes Barre, PA; his mother-in-law, Catherine Tamagni; 10 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 45 Crosswicks St., Bordentown. Interment will follow at Brig. Gen. Willia C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown. Relatives and friends may call on Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. at Kingston & Kemp Funeral Home, 260 White Horse Ave., Hamilton.
