More detail on this person: Albert Raymond "Ray" Evans Albert Raymond "Ray" Evans, 61, of Huntsville died Tuesday at a local hospital. The memorial service will be Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home chapel with Chaplain Capt. Lane Stockeland. Mr. Evans was a native of Chester, Mo.. He ived in Huntsville 23 years and was retired from the U.S. Army. Survivors include his wife, Faye Evans of Huntsville; one son, Chris Evans of Harvest; one daughter, Kay Evans of Nashville; and one stepson, three stepdaughters, three brothers, and 11 grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
