More detail on this person: I served with a CPT Fantasia or Fan as his friends addressed him, in the 62 CAC, during 1972. I know he had at least two tours in RVN and maybe three. He "Fan" held the rank of Captain when I served with him. He lived in the Ft. Dix area at the time of his death.

When I served with Fan I was CPT Thomas C Jackson. CPT Fantasia was the best Army pilot I ever had the pleasure of flying with, I'm writing because I thought his record should reflect all his tours and his highest rank.
