More detail on this person: Jerry reports that Jerome was a 39 year old National Guard WO when he went through flight school with him. They called him Pappy because he was older than most. He did not go to Vietnam after flight school. He died after crashing an H-13 on the National Guard ramp in New Orleans in 1963. 11 JUN 69 CPT Alvin B. Robinson [P] CWO Jerome Graham Louisiana 2 56 AVN (LA ARNG) OH-13 Crew was practicing takeoffs and landings at New Orleans Lakefront Airport when witnesses stated that the tail section snapped off while A/C was approx 15' AGL, went into a spin, crashed 20 yds from runway, bounced and then burst into flames upon impact.
