He was a member of the First Methodist Church of
Palacios, Tx. Larry was Past President of the
Lions Club in Texas. He was a Disabled Vietnam
Veteran who served in the U.S. Army.
A graveside service will be Friday, March 27, 2015
at 10 a.m. at the Coastal Carolina State Veterans
Cemetery with Reverend Edgar De Jesus officiating.
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie Greene
Griffin of Richlands; sons, Christopher Wayne
Griffin (Jamie) of Austin, Tx., Nicholas Blake
Griffin (Katie) of Palacios, Tx.; brother, Tommy
Griffith Griffin of Palacios, Tx.

I worked with Larry at FT Wolters as an IP, I
think his class was 69-8 and If I remember
correctly he was a HHQ aviation maintenance with
the Big Red. not sure of that information. From:
