More detail on this person: Joseph M. Gualtier, 67, of 18 Oak Ave. in Halifax passed away Wednesday, April 15th at home.

He was born on Jan. 16, 1948 in Hazleton the son of the late Joseph and Agnus (Kubilus) Gualtier.

He was the husband of Mary (Levkulic) Gualtier.

Joseph was a veteran of the US Army and also served in the PA National Guard. He served in Vietnam '68-'69 as a helicopter pilot with the 123 Aviation Bat.- B Company.

He worked for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Dept. of Welfare for 33 years.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his daughter Susan Gualtier of Baton Rouge, LA, son Joseph P. Gualtier of Camp Hill. He was preceded in death by his brother Edward Gualtier.

Graveside Services will be held Monday, April 20th, 2015 at 11:30 AM at Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, in Annville, PA.
