More detail on this person: Leo Greentree VINCENNES, Ind. - Leo Greentree, 63, died at 8:47 a.m. Thursday at Good Samaritan Hospital of natural causes. Retired from the Army, he was a veteran of World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War and was awarded the Purple Heart. He was a member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Franklin Heights Christian Church. Surviving are his wife, the former Opal Ballard; two sons, Steven Greentree of Clearwater, Fla., and George Kennedy of Chicago; a sister, Ethel M. Brodenhouse of Vincennes; four brothers, Everett of Vincennes, John of Fairmount, Clarence of Evansville and Loren of Wheeling; and four grandchildren. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Flummerfelt-Goodwin Funeral Home, with burial in Memorial Park. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday and until service time Monday at the funeral home.
