More detail on this person: " Layne Colston Heath Birth Date: Dec 16th, 1948 Death Date: J un 10th, 2012 Services for Mr. Layne Colston Heath, age 63, of Hideaway, are scheduled for 2PM on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 in the Caudle-Rutledge Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Curtis Crofton & Jerry Maclaren officiating. Graveside Services are scheduled for 4:30 PM on Tuesday in the Ore City Cemetery in Ore City, Texas. Mr. Heath died on Sunday, June 10, 2012. He was born on December 13, 1948 to Buford King & Dorothy Baldridge Heath in Dallas, Texas and was formerly of Durango, Colorado, & Fredericksburg, Texas before moving to Hideaway in 2009. Mr. Heath was a veteran of the Viet Nam conflict where he served in the US Army as a helicopter pilot. He was a member of the Hideaway Lake Community Church, Rotary International, and the Viet Nam Helicopter Pilots Association. Mr. Heath was preceded in death by his parents, Buford & Dorothy Heath, and by a Brother, Carey Dean Heath.
