Hopkins, Jr. of Chesapeake, VA, Donald Hopkins of O'Fallon, MO, Darryl Hopkins of O'Fallon, MO, Michael Hopkins of Virgina Beach, VA, Stephen Hopkins of Murfreesboro, TN, daughter, Barbara Bauer of Alpharetta, GA, step-son, Paul Nelson of Louisville, KY, step-daughter, Stephanie Williams of Antioch, TN, sister, Virginia Hopkins of Franklin, TN, 11 grandchildren, 1 step-grandchild.Services: Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday July 6, 2006 at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Pastor Phillip Jackson officiating. Entombment will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Thursday at WOODFIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL Mr. Hopkins served in the 101st Airborne Division and was a retired Lt. Col. with the US Army. Mr. Hopkins attended World Outreach Church and was preceded in death by his first wife the late Minnie Bond Hopkins. Friends will serve as pallbearers.
