More detail on this person: Robert Hancock WESTMINSTER -- Robert F. Hancock, 59, of Westminster died recently. Born in Mineola, N.Y., he graduated from Port Jefferson (N.Y.) High School and Lock Haven (Pa.) State University. He served four years in the U.S. Army, with a tour of duty in Vietnam as a helicopter pilot with the First Cavalry Division, receiving three Air Medals and a Bronze Star. Mr. Hancock worked for nearly 30 years with United Parcel Service in Brattleboro. He is survived by his wife, Mary; a daughter, Whitney, currently attending UMass Medical School in a graduate nursing program; his father, Frederick Hancock Sr. of Orange City, Fla.; two brothers, Frederick Hancock Jr. of Wading River, N.Y., and James Hancock of Trucksville, Pa.; and a sister Nancy Bryant of Pawlet. Services will be set at a later date.
