More detail on this person: Honess, John C. John Christopher Honess, 56, of Pittsburgh, died Sunday, Aug. 21, 2005, in John J. Kane Regional Center, Ross. He was born Sept. 30, 1948, in Pittsburgh to the late Charles H. and Blanche McGinnis Honess and was a helicopter pilot during the Vietnam War and a carpenter in the Pittsburgh and Ocean City, Md., areas. Brother of Paul A. (Kate) Honess, of Syracuse; Mark C. (Nancy) Honess and Mary Beth (Bill) Marsh, of Pittsburgh; Sali (Jeff) Ondrey, of Ashville, N.Y., and Nancy L. (Jon) Goble, of Bradford. Also survived by 16 nieces and nephews. No visitation. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Christ Episcopal Church, 5910 Babcock Blvd., Ross. Arrangements by the THOMAS M. SMITH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, Blawnox.
