More detail on this person: LTC Paul Herbert Jaenichen IN MEMORY OF LTC (Ret) Paul Herbert Jaenichen LTC (Ret) Paul Herbert Jaenichen, 81, of Brandenburg, KY died Thursday, May 24, 2012 at North Hardin Health and Rehabilitation Center, Radcliff, KY. He was preceded in death by a brother, Nick Jaenichen, Garden City, NY. He was retired from the US Army, a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the American Legion, Brandenburg Moose Lodge and the Doe Valley Fishing and Boating Club. LTC Jaenichen is survived by 2 sons, Lee (Stephanie) Jaenichen, Bowie, MD and Chip (Paula) Jaenichen, Mitchellville, MD, 2 sisters, Doti Dienst, Manchester, CT and Rica Tilley, Thornton, CO, 1 brother, Peter (Arlene) Jaenichen, Floral Park, NY, 3 Grandchildren, Nathan Jaenichen, Oceanside, CA, Rachael Jaenichen, Paducah, KY, and Clark Jaenichen, Bowie, MD and 1 Great grandchild, Paxton Jaenichen, Oceanside, CA. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday from the Chapel of the Hager Funeral Home with burial to follow at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery. Visitation is from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Disabled American Veterans.
