More detail on this person: Alain M. JEFFREY, age 71, of the Mirror Lake Community, Villa Rica, Georgia died Thursday, October 10, 2013 at Tanner Medical Center, Villa Rica, Georgia. Mr. Jeffrey was born May 12, 1942 in Marrakech, French Morocco, the son of the late Alina Klemowitz and Marcel Poupard de Jarnac. He worked as an Account Manager for Ryder Truck Rental for 30 years. Mr. Jeffrey, a Veteran, served our Country for 10 years, retiring as Captain in the United States Army. He was a helicopter pilot in Vietnam. He was also an active member of the American Legion.

Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Catherine Serratore Jeffrey, son and daughter-in-law Todd and Adriana Jeffrey from Upper Saddle River, New Jersey and daughter Dayna Mastrangelo, Acworth, Georgia; Brother, Douglas Jeffrey, Boulder Colorado and four grandchildren also survive - Chris and Dylan Jeffrey and Michael and Nicole Mastrangelo.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by daughter Caylin Jeffrey, October 10, 2002. A service in Nyack, NY will be held at a later date.
