More detail on this person: After two tours of duty in Vietnam and numerous medals, Bill retired in 1975. He was killed in an Aero Commander crash in Burns, OR 1/7/81. He was a corporate pilot for Bonneville Power Admin and was flying co pilot at the time. They think both pilots were incapacitated by fumes, but cause was "unknown". There is a picture and story about him in a book by Walter Gutsche.
