He enlisted in the U.S. Army from July 17 1947 to
Mar 19 1953. He was an OCS Graduate on Mar 20,
1953 as 2d Lt, Infantry Regular Army 2d Lt Nov 16,
1953 and promoted to Major AUS May 19, 1964.
He then transferred to Transportation Corp on June
1, 1958. He received at least 2 Air Medals for
Service in Vietnam. He was hositalized at Ft
Knox, KY before discharge and was then medically
Discharged.
