More detail on this person: Lloyd K. Kaul, age
87, died Thursday, May 21, 2015 at a senior care
facility. Lloyd was born in Newman, California, on
June 7, 1927. He served one year in the marines
and twenty years in the Army as a helicopter
pilot. He fought bravely in the Korean War and did
two tours in Vietnam. He then retired to this area
in 1967 in which he was with the Okaloosa County
School System as finance director for 26 years.
His wife of 49 years passed away in 2000.
Survivors include a daughter, Sandra Kaul of
Shalimar, Florida; brother, William Kaul of San
Anselmo, California and a sister, Marjorie
Harshbarger of Hallet, Oklahoma. Friends may call
from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2015, at
McLaughlin Mortuary Ft. Walton Beach. A
graveside service will be held at Beal Memorial
Cemetery Ft. Walton Beach Friday May 29, 2015 at
11 a.m. Instead of flowers please donate to the
Wounded Warrior Project.
