He was born September 12, 1942 In Chicago, IL. and was the son of Loretta Dircks Krause of Zelienople and the late Edward Krause. He was a retired pilot for US Airlines and was a veteran of Vietnam serving in the US Army. He was a member of the Soaring Eagles. In Addition to his mother he is survived by his wife Angelika Woods Krause, two sons and daughters in law; Scott T. and Michelle Krause of Voorhees, NJ., Brian R. and JoAnna Krause of Portsmouth, VA., two grandsons; Cameron S. and Colin R. Krause, a brother and sister in law; Kenneth C. and Judy Krause of Shorwood, IL.
