A U.S. Army veteran, who served as a helicopter pilot in Vietnam, and received the rank of Captain as well as numerous decorations including the Bronze Star. Employed as a Regional Operation Director for Long John Silvers Seafood Restaurant. Survived by his children, Kelly Kane and Adam Kane; mother, Olga Kane; brother, James E. Kane, Jr.; sisters, Marilyn Thoreson and Eileen Kane; pet dog, "Snoopy". Services were 1:30PM Thursday February 12, 1998, at the Restland Wildwood Chapel, Dallas, TX. Interment Restland Memorial Park, Dallas, TX. Arrangements by Restland Funeral Home, Dallas, TX.
