More detail on this person: Anthony G. Kusilka Retired Army Chief Warrant Officer Anthony G. Kusilka, 70, of Fayetteville died Wednesday in his home. Mr. Kusilka was an Army aviator and retired after 30 years of service. He was a member of the 10th Special Forces group and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in LaFayette Memorial Park. Mr. Kusilka is survived by his wife, Jerri F. Kusilka of Fayetteville; a daughter, Robin of Fayetteville; three sons, Larry, Garry and Zane, all of Fayetteville; a sister, Helen Gallagher of Pennsylvania; a brother, Stan Paulauskis of Pennsylvania; and three grandchildren. The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 35752, Fayetteville, N.C. 28303.
