At approximately 11 am, LTC Frank J Linster passed away after losing his battle with CHF and ensuing kidney failure. My father was the best person I have ever known, a decorated Vietnam helicopter pilot, true hero, and inspiring teacher who touched the lives of thousands. The world has lost a source of light and inspiration and he will be sorely missed by those who had the privilege to have known him.
