More detail on this person: Douglas Jay Lohman Douglas Jay Lohman Sr., age 55, of Bristol, died Friday, Nov. 8, 1996 in Greystone Health Care Center in Bristol. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Survivors include two sons, Douglas Jay Lohman Jr., Killeen, Texas and Daniel Joseph Lohman, Walled Lake, Mich.; his mother, Velma I. Lohman, Bristol; one brother, Eugene E. Lohman, Abingdon; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Graveside services were conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, in Mount Rose Cemetery with the Rev. Jack Sprinkle officiating. Military rites were conducted by the Saltville VFW Post No. 7328. D. R. Henderson Funeral Home in Saltville was in charge of arrangements.
