A Wisconsin man died early yesterday when the tractor-trailer truck he was driving hit another truck on Interstate 64 eight miles east of Owings-ville, state police said. Ralph J. Lachance Jr., 40, of Green Bay, died at the scene, police said. Lachance's truck struck the rear of a tractor-trailer parked in the emergency lane, police said. Carl Milton Sheckles, 21, of Bards-town, driver of the parked truck, was treated for injuries and released from St Claire Medical Center at Morehead, police said.
