Jan Lindbak of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., passed away, Saturday, June 7, 2008 in Fort Walton Beach Medical Center. He was 73. Funeral services are 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2008 at Providence Funeral Home with a military chaplain officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Providence Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until service time Thursday at the funeral home. Surviving are four daughters, Cornelia Gillis, Richmond Hill, Ga., Patricia Lindbak, Collierville, Tenn., Jean Johnson, Enterprise, and Sherry Lindbak, Crestview, Fla.; one son, Ron Lindbak, Tampa, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
