"Lee" Little, 67, died Thursday, Sept. 30, 1999, at his Granbury home. Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday at Acton United Methodist Church. Masonic graveside rites: Acton Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury. Col. Milton Little was born June 18, 1932, in Long Beach, Calif. He was the son of the late Alpheus Wilson and Ethylyne LeRoy Little and grandson of the late Rev. and Mrs. Milton Koger Little. He and his twin brother, T. W. "Wilson" Little were born in Long Beach, Calif. in 1932 and grew up in Fort Worth. A graduate of Texas Christian University, he earned a Master's Degree in Personnel Management from George Washington University. He attended the Command and General Staff College in 1970, the Armed Forces Staff College in 1976 and the Army War College in 1977. Col. Little served in the Army 25 years. He had two tours in Vietnam. He was a civil engineer in the Army Corps of Engineers. He retired from service in 1981 as a full colonel. His awards include the Legion of Merit, the Distinguished Flying Cross, the Bronze Star with Clusters, the National Defense Service medal, Purple Heart and numerous other decorations. Lee and his family lived in Saudi Arabia for 16 years. Following military retirement, he joined the Arabian American Oil Company as Project Manager. In 1993 he took a management position with Tripatra in Sumatra, Indonesia. While overseas, Lee was an avid missionary and committed to numerous charities. He was a dedicated Mason. He served most recently as Deputy Grand Master, ACGL, "Hon. " His memberships included AF&AM Hancock 0311 Kansas; AF&AM Nejma 897 PM, Saudi Arabia, ACGL; Scottish Rite and Moslah Shrine, Fort Worth; Knights Templar, Heidelberg, Germany; Royal Arch Masons, Chapter 12, Dhahran; Cryptic Masons, Council 9, Dhahran; and Order of the Temple, Arabia NR. 6. He was also a member of the American Legion, Shanghai, China; and Founder-E.A. Sigma Alpha Epsilon Texas ChristianUniversity in 1957. Survivors: Wife, Kathleen Little of Granbury; sons and daughters-in-law, Robert E. Lee Little of Santa Cruz, Calif., Michael Leroy and Jennifer Little of Garland; daughter, Karin Renchan Little of Houston; twin brother and sister-in-law, Thomas Wilson and Belva Little of Fort Worth; granddaughter, Jessica Little of Garland; niece, Michelle Little Jares of Houston; nephew, John Wilson Little of Fort Worth; and several cousins.
