More detail on this person: Conley C. Musick, 57, of Springfield, Missouri, a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War, and recipient of the Purple Heart and Broken Wing, an Underwriter for 25 years with American National Property and Casualty Insurance Company, passed away at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, on Monday, May 15, 2000, from complications following a bone marrow transplant. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, May 17, 2000, 7-8 p.m., at Ayre-Goodwin-Lee Funeral Home, 4500 South Lone Pine, Springfield. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, May 18, 10 a.m., at Wesley United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Rivermonte Memorial Gardens. The family has requested memorial donations to the Leukemia Society of America, 2200 East Sunshine, Suite 100A, Springfield, MO 65804.
