More detail on this person: Terry L. McDaniel, 68, of Daytona Beach, FL, passed away April 4, 2012. Terry was born in Huntington, IN, the son of the late Ivan E. and Mary M. (Truitt) McDaniel.

He honorably served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict and received the Distinguished Flying Cross. He continued his service as a helicopter pilot with the Indiana National Guard. He is survived by his daughter Tamara L. McDaniel; step children Robin and John Rodgers; and his sisters, Ellen Schoeff, Mary Watchie and Saundra A. Ikenberry. He was preceded in death by his wife Yvonne and his brother Ivan E. McDaniel.

A graveside service with Military honors will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2012, at Zion Cemetery near Lafayette, IN.
