Frank was a bit changed after his crash with Vic
near Tuy Hoa. He spent the night inside the
helicopter with his leg pinned by the console,
they got him out the next day and one of the
recovery guys fell out of the helicopter and died
in the process if I remember correctly. I
remember a few months later he kept trying to
start fights in the O Club with some of the SF
guys. He was a short little guy so that was
probably a bad set of ideas. I never saw him much
because we were in different platoons but I was at
Tuy Hoa (Phu Hiep) when he crashed, I was still in
Bandits at that time.
