More detail on this person: Mr James M Martin, 57 DEATHS Daytona Beach News-Journal (FL) - Tuesday, June 8, 2004 OCT. 11, 1946 -- JUNE 4, 2004 HOLLY HILL _ James M. Martin, 57, of Silver Beach Drive, a retired air traffic controller, died Friday at home. Born in Pomona, Calif., Mr. Martin, an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, moved here in 1997 from California. For his military service, he earned the Vietnam Service and Campaign medals and the National Defense Service Medal, Survivors include his mother, Norma Martin, and a brother, David, both of Holly Hill. Memorial donations may be made to the Halifax Humane Society, P.O. Box 9035, Daytona Beach, FL 32120-9035. Haigh-Black, Ormond Beach, is in charge.
