More detail on this person: John Hilton Moore, passed away December 28, 2014. "Hilton" was born in Jacksonville, FL to the late Arvil & Frances Moore. Hilton served honorably in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War as a Cobra helicopter pilot where he earned two Distinguished Flying Crosses and a Bronze Star. He then developed and sold computer software in Dallas, Texas. In retirement he became a Realtor in Orlando, Fl.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 47 years, Linda Louise Moore, his son Craig Ashley Moore, his wife Janet, granddaughters Tarra and Lindi, and brother Kenneth.

A service to celebrate his life will be held Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 1:00 at Hope Lutheran Church, 5363 Old Providence Road Virginia Beach, VA 23464. Rev. R. Mark Nieting officiating. Interment will follow the service on the church grounds. Condolences may be offered to the church. Contributions may be given to the American Heart Association or the church.
