Norris, III "Rick", age 55, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2005. Rick graduated from Palmetto High School in Miami, FL and the University of North Florida. He was a highly decorated helicopter pilot and Vietnam veteran. He was owner of Norris Insurance Agency. Survivors include his wife, Vicki; daughter, Ashley Norris; grandson, Aiden Rose; father, Reginald Norris, Jr., (Nancy); mother, Barbara T. Norris; brother, Troy Norris; and many other loving relatives and countless friends. Memorial services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, August 20, 2005 in the Chapel of HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 850 N. St. Johns Bluff Rd. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida, 4114 Sunbeam Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32257.
