More detail on this person: Raymond Timothy O'Connor II, age 69, of Kenosha, Wis. passed away peacefully on Oct. 4, 2012, at his home after battling cancer and congestive heart failure.

He was a proud Army veteran of two combat tours in Vietnam as a helicopter pilot, and received the Air Medal, 20th Oak Leaf Cluster for Valor. He retired in 2005 from Bane Nelson Inc. after a long successful career in construction.

He is survived by his wife Connie of 29 years; son, Tim and Deb O'Connor, of Kasson; daughter, Vilma and Gary Book, of Kansas City, Kan.; son, Bobby, daughter, Amor and son, Adrian, all of Kenosha, Wis.; and grandchildren, Mikayla, Chase, Keagan, Angel and Joseph. Siblings Monica Young; Jerome and Sharyol O'Connor; Joseph and Lydia O'Connor; Frederick and Linda O'Connor; Mary and Donald Ruen; Charles and Joan O'Connor; Richard and Teresa O'Connor; Susan O'Connor-Meyer and Gerald Meyer; Elizabeth and Baird Swanson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Helen O'Connor and two siblings, Theresa Sylvanus and Gerald O'Connor.

The funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday at St. Peter Parish in Kenosha, Wis.. A memorial Mass will be offered 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Columban Church in Preston,. Interment will be at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 17.
