More detail on this person: Stanley Joseph Osserman, 76 Obituaries for July 11, 2001 Las Vegas Sun (NV) - Wednesday, July 11, 2001 Stanley Joseph Osserman, 76, of North Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospice. He was born Dec. 16, 1923, in Pelham, N.Y. A resident for 12 years, he was a retired Marine Corps lieutenant colonel, an engineer for Boeing Aircraft and an occupational health inspector for the state of Hawaii. He is survived by his wife, Sharon; one son, Lt. Col. Stanley J. Osserman Jr. of Kailua, Hawaii; one daughter, Ann L. Osserman of Mililani, Hawaii; and five grandchildren. A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Thursday in Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd. Burial will be private. The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119, or the American Cancer Society, 1325 E. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
