More detail on this person: Mr Henry A Powell, 67 MEMPHIS AREA DEATHS Commercial Appeal, The (Memphis, TN) - Wednesday, March 17, 1999 HENRY A. POWELL, 67, of Memphis, retired from the Army, died of cancer Monday at his home. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Family Heritage Casket Gallery has charge. Mr. Powell, the husband of Helga Powell, also leaves a daughter, Margaret Babb of Memphis; two sons, David Powell of Adamsville, Tenn., and John Powell of Memphis; a sister, Anita Fields, and a brother, Raymond Powell, both of Union City, Ind., and seven grandchildren. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, any memorials be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Memphis Cancer Center Foundation.
