More detail on this person: Please be informed that my husband, Samuel W. Patellos died 20 July 2007 after a four year struggle with a gradually debilitating neurological called CIDP. During the last few months of his life, he was unable to do anything for himself. Mentally he was very alert and in charge until the very end.

As per his wishes, he was laid out in his "blues" and had a military funeral.

I miss him terribly, as do our four children and their families.
