"Wally" Parker, 76, of Spotsylvania County passed peacefully Monday, April 21, 2008. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at his estate on Saturday, April 26, at 1 p.m. As always, the family welcomes friends to enjoy the day of reflection and reviving his memory.
