More detail on this person: PARKHOUSE: Mr. Kendall Parkhouse Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The (GA) - Tuesday, December 11, 2001 Mr. Kendall Parkhouse, age 56 of Alpharetta died at home on Sunday December 9, 2001 after a courageous battle with brain cancer. Ken was born in Fargo, ND on April 19, 1945 to Eugene and Marion (Timmerman) Parkhouse and attended school at Arthur ND, University of ND and North Dakota State University. In 1968 he was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the US Army where he served for 12 years on various military bases, including a tour of Vietnam in 1969. After the military, Ken worked for Martin Marietta in Denver, CO for 15 years and Northwest Airlines in Atlanta, GA until the time of his death. Ken is survived by his wife of 32 years, Bea, daughter and son-in-law, Heather and Jason SaBell, daughter, Lisa Parkhouse and fiancee, Justin Valentin and grandson, Dustin SaBell, brothers, Ralph (Anne) of Denver, CO; and Roger (Sharon) Maple Grove, MN; sisters, Kathleen (Scott) Burley of West Fargo, ND; and Lugene (Tom) Lackmann of Oldsmar, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at Birmingham United Methodist Church in Alpharetta, GA. on Wednesday, December 12, 2001, 1:00 p.m. Rev. John Wolfe officiating and in Littleton, CO on Saturday, December 15, 2001, 11:00 a.m. at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1701 W. Caley Ave. Littleton, CO 80120. Donations may be made to Birmingham United Methodist Church, 15770 Birmingham Hwy, Alpharetta, GA. 30004 (Attn. Rev. John Wolfe) Louie E. Jones Funeral Home, 59 N. Main St. Alpharetta, GA.
