Memorial Service will be at University Presbyterian, Dec. 6, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. with reception following. A Master Army Aviator, he retired in 1974 with 29 plus years of military service. Duty assignments included Japan, Turkey, Viet Nam (2), and Army Aviation Supply and Command, St. Louis. He held a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Oklahoma. As a civilian, he worked in contracts management and consulting for corporate and private industry. He served as President and Director of the Puget Sound Chapter National Contract Management Association and was an NCMA Fellow. An avid reader and a gifted speaker, he was devoted to his family and his friends. He is survived by his wife, Judith Ann; his son, David; a sister, Billie Louise Mirth, El Reno, OK; and a brother, Jerry Parker, Neosho, MO. Remembrances may be made to Virginia Mason Cancer or Heart Institution.
