More detail on this person: Frank Price died at his home surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, December 13, 2012 in Aiken, SC. Frank was born October 1, 1944 in Walterboro, SC to B. George Price III and Elizabeth Starr Price. He was educated in the public schools of Walterboro, and he attended North Greenville Jr. College followed by his last two years at Clemson University. He served in the US Army from 1967-1972. He spent one year in Vietnam as a helicopter pilot, received several medals of honor, and was honorably discharged with the rank of Captain. After his service in the US Army, he spent most of his adult years working with various Fertilizer- Chemical companies and several years in the convenience store business. Frank loved spending time with his family, and he enjoyed being in trout streams any chance he could. He was a devoted husband, father, son, and brother. He was a youth Sunday School teacher for 20 years at St. John's United Methodist Church in Aiken S.C. and later an adult teacher for the Fellowship Sunday School class. He was also an adult Sunday school teacher at Millbrook Baptist Church. He was a member of the choir from his high school years through most of his adult years. He was also an active Boy Scout leader in his early adult years in Walterboro, SC. He was predeceased by his parents, B. George Price III and Elizabeth Starr Price, and his brother, Budd G. Price VI, all of Walterboro, SC. He is survived by his wife, Judy Rembert Price of Aiken, SC; his daughters Paige Price McCluskey (Chris) of Anderson, SC and Rachael Price Garcia (Charles) of Simpsonville, SC. Three grandchildren, Emily and Price Garcia, and Caroline McCluskey. A sister, June Price Breland (Walker) of Chattanooga, TN. A sister-in-law, Jean Rembert Riles of Aiken. Two nieces, Beth Breland Snyder (Greg) and Melanie Breland Hembree (Wade). Two nephews, Ron Riles (Jin Song) of Hawaii and Raymond Riles (Patricia) of Walterboro. The family will receive visitors Sunday, December 16, 2012 from 4:00-6:00 pm at Shellhouse - Rivers Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday, December 17, 2012 at 10:00 am at Millbrook Baptist Church with The Rev. Dr. Eddie Leopard officiating. Burial will be at 3:30 pm at Live Oak Cemetery in Walterboro, SC.
