He was an A & E Inspector with Robins-Field Aircraft, Oneonta; member of Green's Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church; retired U. S. Army veteran: Korean, Vietnam, World War II, and was a Chief Warrant Officer, III. Funeral service will be Thursday, January 26, at 2 p.m. from Lemley Funeral Chapel, Oneonta with Rev. Grady Patterson officiating. Burial in Green's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will began at 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday evening. Survivors: wife, Mrs. Jo Ann Marlar Phillips; daughter, Miss Pamela Karen Phillips, both of Cleveland; son, Dr. David M. Phillips of Daphne; mother, Mrs. Fannie Phillips Lowery of Blountsville; four grandchildren; and a host of other relatives. Lemley Funeral Chapel directing.
