More detail on this person: Wallace A Pryor died in a car accident while we were the 297th... he was in 68-503 also I believe.... he was certainly out at the Ft. Rucker training fields... He was related to a well known TV personality in Austin Texas... one of the first and longest serving people at the TV station owned by LBJ... and he was just as entertaining.... always keeping everyone laughing... he died driving from the cockpit club at Riley to Manhattan where he lived...and I was driving the same road about 20 minutes after he did... the highway patrol was at the scene but no ambulance had arrived yet... it was the only black MGB I had ever seen... so I only had to ask if it was a fatality... it had to be his car...
