Texas Copter Crashes Kill 3 MINERAL WELLS, Tex., Dec. 3 (AP)-Three helicopter pilots from Fort Wolters here were killed yesterday in two sepa rate accidents. One of the pilots was Warrant Officer Kennedy Craig Pettengill, 23 years old, Rutherford, N. J. The two others were South Viet namese. Their names were not released by the military here
